- You fill out a form with all the details, including your center name and logo. (Your logo must be a PNG file with a transparent background to look professional.)
- Your request goes into our software, where your content will be fulfilled by our team.
- You’ll get an order confirmation email from orders [at] iRapture.com
- We’ll send you a second email with a link to all your assets. The link is good for 1 month. Make sure you save your files before the link expires. This single link will take you to DeskFirst where you can download your assets. (Your png images, and videos.)
- If you’re not a client, you’re in charge of posting the images to your socials.
- (VP clients who pay for scheduling: We’ll still email you a link when we’re scheduling your images and/or video. That way you can share your assets on other social platforms. We support scheduling to Facebook and linked Instagram accounts.)
We require admin access for article orders to efficiently place your content on your website, similar to arranging furniture in a room. Think of it as giving us a key to your website’s back door—we handle the technical details, ensuring your article integrates seamlessly into your site’s code.
If your webmaster installs the content instead of iRapture.com, we can’t guarantee the formatting or installation will appear correctly on your site.

First, the 360 Campaign:
- VP clients will pay VP rates. The 360 Campaign worth 3 VP hours, but if you have the 20% off code, your total is 2.4 VP hours instead!
- For non-clients, the 360 Campaign is originally $750, or a surprisingly affordable $600 with the 20% discount code.
- VP Clients, if you choose the Scheduling Add-on, scheduling services are billed at your hourly rate.
- For a non-WordPress add on for the pop-ups, it would be 0.5 hours non-VP and $125 non-VP.
Does Fulfillment cost extra?
It depends, fulfillment is like ordering pizza delivery. Sometimes there’s an extra cost and other times it is included. Either way, we deliver your content hot and ready, you just need to open the door.
- For 360 Campaigns, fulfillment is included in the bundle cost.
- For social media scheduling (VP-only) we track time at your hourly rate.
In order for your branding to look spectacular, your logo must have a transparent background, not a white background.
PNG is the only image file format that supports transparent backgrounds. (JPEG will use a white background instead of transparency.)
Are you launching a new website? Yes, you can get the branded 360 Campaign. You will be responsible for scheduling social media posts to your accounts.
*Please allow 3 business days to fulfill your order. Please note that we need access to your website to fulfill your pop-ups. Delaying to grant access will delay your delivery.
Likewise, if you opt to have us schedule your social media for you (VP only) we’ll need access to your social accounts. Delaying granting access will delay your scheduling work.
We need your email to send you your digital Campaign and/or designs. Plus, we need a way to contact you just in case there’s a hiccup with your order. Look for emails from orders [at] iRapture.com
