1. You fill out a form with all the details, including your center name and logo. (Your logo must be a PNG file with a transparent background to look professional.)
2. Your request goes into our software, where your social images are created.
3. You'll get an order confirmation email from orders [at] iRapture.com 
4. We’ll send you a second email with a link to all your assets. The link is good for 4 weeks. Make sure you save your files before your link expires! This single link will take you to a DeskFirst folder where you can download your assets. (Your PNG images, PDF, and video.)
5. If you’re not a client, you’re in charge of posting the images to your socials.
6. (VP clients who pay for scheduling: We’ll still email you a link when we’re scheduling your images and/or video. That way you can share your assets on other social platforms. We support scheduling to Facebook and linked Instagram accounts.)

• VP clients will pay VP rates. The 360 Campaign is 20% off, so your total is 2.75 VP hours instead of 3.44!
• For non-clients, the 360 Campaign is a surprisingly affordable $688 (and if you get our emails you'll have a 20% off coupon).
• VP Clients, if you choose the Scheduling Add-on, scheduling services are billed at your hourly rate.

In order for your branding to look spectacular, your logo must have a transparent background, not a white background.

PNG is the only image file format that supports transparent backgrounds. (JPEG will use a white background instead of transparency.)

Yes, you can get the branded 360 Campaign. You will be responsible for scheduling social media posts to your accounts.

*If you order between Christmas and New Year, your order may be delayed up to 7 business days or until January 3rd.

All other times, Please allow 1-2 business days to fulfill your order.

(VP clients who opt-in for scheduling, getting admin access to your Facebook and Instagram may take more than 2 business days.)
