1. You fill out a form with all the details, including your center name and logo. (Your logo must be a PNG file with a transparent background to look professional.)
2. Your request goes into our software, where your content will be fulfilled by our team.
3. You'll get an order confirmation email from orders [at] iRapture.com 
4. We’ll send you a second email with a link to all your assets. The link is good for 1 month. Make sure you save your files before the link expires. This single link will take you to DeskFirst where you can download your assets. (Your png images, and videos.)

5. If you’re not a client, you’re in charge of posting the images to your socials.
6. (VP clients who pay for scheduling: We’ll still email you a link when we’re scheduling your images and/or video. That way you can share your assets on other social platforms. We support scheduling to Facebook and linked Instagram accounts.)

Think of admin access like giving us a key to your website's back door. With this key, we can go in and place your article exactly where you want it, just like arranging furniture in a room. You don't need to worry about the technical details or trying to do it yourself. We'll handle all of that for you. It's like having a personal assistant for your website!

By giving us admin access, you're essentially inviting us in to spruce up your online space without you having to lift a finger. Plus, since HTML can be a bit like speaking another language, it's like having a translator who can seamlessly integrate your article into your website's code.

Can my webmaster install my content instead of iRapture.com?

If we’re not the ones who do the work, we can’t guarantee the formatting or installation will look right on your site.

First, the 360 Campaign:

• VP clients will pay VP rates. The 360 Campaign worth 3 VP hours, but if you have the 20% off code, your total is 2.4 VP hours instead!
• For non-clients, the 360 Campaign is originally $750, or a surprisingly affordable $600 with the 20% discount code.
• VP Clients, if you choose the Scheduling Add-on, scheduling services are billed at your hourly rate.
• For a non-WordPress add on for the article, it would be 0.5 hours non-VP and $125 non-VP.

Hint: buying both videos with the 360 campaign is cheaper! But if you're on a tight budget, the Holiday Designs and the Vertical video would spruce up your social media!

Second, the June Holiday Designs

• 0.5 VP hours
• $125 for non-VP

Third, Stand-alone video

• Vertical Video is 0.5 VP hours, or 
• $125 for non-VP
• Horizontal Video is 1 VP hour, or $250 for non-VP

Does Fulfillment cost extra?

It depends, fulfillment is like ordering pizza delivery. Sometimes there’s an extra cost and other times it is included. Either way, we deliver your content hot and ready, you just need to open the door.

• For 360 Campaigns, fulfillment is included in the bundle cost.
• For social media scheduling (VP-only) we track time at your hourly rate.

In order for your branding to look spectacular, your logo must have a transparent background, not a white background.

PNG is the only image file format that supports transparent backgrounds. (JPEG will use a white background instead of transparency.)

Yes, you can get the branded 360 Campaign and/or the June Holiday Designs. You will be responsible for scheduling social media posts to your accounts.

*Please allow 3 business days to fulfill your order. Please note that we need access to your website to fulfill your article. Delaying to grant access will delay your delivery.

Likewise, if you opt to have us schedule your social media for you (VP only) we'll need access to your social accounts. Delaying granting access will delay your scheduling work.
